aca44 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and aca44 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern all use of the aca44 website, mobile interface, games library, betting markets, payment systems, bonuses, promotions, and any other services made available through the aca44 platform, whether accessed via a browser or any other means.

By accessing the aca44 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the aca44 platform and must close your account if one has already been created.

aca44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date updated accordingly. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Use of the aca44 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you qualify before registering an account or using any service on the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement currently active on the aca44 platform or any responsible gaming register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not open or operate more than one account on the aca44 platform at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

aca44 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions cancelled, and any balance held pending investigation. aca44 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of ineligible use.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aca44 platform are subject to the following terms. aca44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. aca44 may set maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month, which will be displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank bank transfers are also accepted. The available methods and processing times are displayed in the cashier section and may vary.
• Withdrawals are processed only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. aca44 will endeavour to process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• aca44 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are not permitted and will result in the return of the funds and may result in account suspension.
• All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion, where applicable, will be applied at the rate available at the time of the transaction.

aca44 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or mobile money operators. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

5. Responsible Gaming

aca44 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes, and aca44 actively encourages all players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a deposit limit can be lowered immediately but can only be increased after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time-outs: You may set a session time-out of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out you will be unable to log in to your aca44 account. At the end of the time-out period your account will be automatically reactivated.
• Self-exclusion: You may request permanent or indefinite self-exclusion from the aca44 platform by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration specified. aca44 will close the account and return any verified balance net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
• Reality checks: You may enable periodic reminders of the time you have spent on the platform during a gaming session. These reminders display your session duration and recent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, game interfaces, text, trademarks, and other materials available through the aca44 platform are the intellectual property of aca44 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from aca44. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aca44 excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the aca44 platform.
• Any service interruptions, technical failures, errors in game software supplied by third-party providers, or delays in transaction processing caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aca44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

aca44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. The following are examples of circumstances in which aca44 may take such action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by aca44, or provision of fraudulent identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity connected to the account.
• Chargebacks initiated by the account holder against deposits that were legitimately credited to the aca44 account.

Upon closure of an account, any verified real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations on bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure in all circumstances.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aca44 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aca44 will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where aca44 considers a change to be sufficiently significant, a notice may be displayed on the platform or sent to your registered mobile number prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the aca44 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].
